10:11 Studios Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, classes, memberships, packages and services provided by 10:11 Studios (“10:11 Studios”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By creating an account, making a booking, purchasing a class, package or membership, or attending a class at 10:11 Studios, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance through our approved booking system.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

Bookings are personal to the individual who made the booking and may not be transferred to another person without our prior agreement.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and booking classes.

2. Age Requirement

10:11 Studios classes are currently available to participants aged 18 and over.

By creating an account and booking a class, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

3. Health and Fitness

Pilates is a form of physical exercise and participation involves inherent risks.

Before participating in your first class, you must complete our Participant Waiver & Health Declaration.

You are responsible for informing 10:11 Studios of any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, recent surgery or other circumstance that may affect your ability to exercise safely.

You must notify us of any change to your health or circumstances before participating in subsequent classes.

Where appropriate, we may ask you to obtain medical clearance before participating.

10:11 Studios reserves the right to refuse or stop participation where an instructor reasonably believes that continuing may be unsafe for you or others.

Our instructors are not medical professionals and classes do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

4. Class Participation and Studio Safety

Participants must follow reasonable instructions given by instructors and comply with studio safety rules.

You must use reformers and other equipment only as instructed and must not intentionally misuse, damage or interfere with studio equipment.

If you experience pain, dizziness, illness or any other concerning symptoms during a class, you must stop exercising and inform your instructor immediately.

You must not attend a class while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs or any substance that may impair your ability to participate safely.

We reserve the right to refuse participation where a participant’s behaviour presents a safety risk to themselves, an instructor or another participant.

5. Class Cancellation and Late Cancellation

We understand that circumstances can change. However, due to the limited number of reformers available in each class, cancellations and changes must be made within the cancellation period stated at the time of booking.

Where a booking is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, the applicable class credit or refund will be provided in accordance with the booking terms.

Where a booking is cancelled after the permitted cancellation period, or where a participant does not attend (“no-show”), the class may be treated as used and no refund or credit will ordinarily be provided.

Where a participant is unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, we may consider the circumstances and may, at our discretion, offer an alternative arrangement.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have.

6. Late Arrival

For safety reasons, participants arriving late may be unable to join the class.

If an instructor considers that joining late would be unsafe or disruptive to the class, entry may be refused.

Where a participant is refused entry because they have arrived too late to participate safely, the booking may be treated as used.

7. Class Changes and Cancellations by 10:11 Studios

We aim to provide the classes, instructors and timetable displayed at the time of booking.

However, circumstances may occasionally require us to change an instructor, class time, class format or location, or cancel a class.

Where we cancel a class, affected customers will be offered an appropriate alternative, class credit or refund, as applicable.

We will provide reasonable notice of changes wherever reasonably practicable.

8. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed by 10:11 Studios are those applicable at the time of booking and will be clearly displayed before payment is taken.

Payment must be made through the payment method available through our booking system.

We reserve the right to change our prices for future bookings, memberships and packages. Price changes will not retrospectively alter a booking that has already been paid for.

Where a recurring membership or payment arrangement applies, the applicable price and payment frequency will be displayed before you agree to the arrangement.

9. Class Packages

Class packages are personal to the purchaser and cannot ordinarily be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Packages are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

Unused classes will expire at the end of the applicable validity period unless otherwise agreed by 10:11 Studios or where an extension or refund is required by law.

Packages cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated.

10. Memberships

Where you purchase a membership, the specific membership terms, price, payment frequency and minimum or notice period will be displayed before purchase.

Memberships may be subject to a recurring payment arrangement.

Memberships may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to the membership purchased.

Where a membership is suspended or cancelled due to exceptional circumstances, we will consider the circumstances fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

11. Introductory Offers

Introductory offers are intended for new customers and may be subject to eligibility restrictions stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, introductory offers may only be purchased once per person.

We reserve the right to refuse an introductory offer where a customer has previously attended 10:11 Studios or has already held an account or membership, where the offer terms specify that it is for new customers only.

12. Studio Conduct

We want 10:11 Studios to be a welcoming, respectful and safe environment.

Customers must behave respectfully towards instructors, employees, other customers and anyone else using the studio.

We do not tolerate abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour.

Where necessary to protect the safety or wellbeing of others, we may refuse future bookings or terminate a customer’s membership.

Where we take such action, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

13. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending the studio.

10:11 Studios cannot guarantee the security of personal belongings and recommends that valuables are not brought into the studio.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Photography and Filming

From time to time, photography or filming may take place at 10:11 Studios for marketing and promotional purposes.

Where identifiable images or recordings of customers are intended to be used for marketing, we will seek the appropriate consent separately.

Customers who do not wish to be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes may decline consent.

15. Liability

Participation in Pilates and physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.

Our Participant Waiver & Health Declaration sets out the risks associated with participation and the participant’s responsibilities.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions, or in our Participant Waiver & Health Declaration, excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to this, we will provide our services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

16. Right to Refuse Participation

We reserve the right to refuse or stop participation where reasonably necessary for health, safety, safeguarding or appropriate conduct.

This may include circumstances where:

a participant has not completed the required health declaration;

a participant has disclosed a condition requiring further assessment;

an instructor reasonably considers participation unsafe;

a participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

a participant is behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner; or

equipment or studio conditions mean that participation cannot safely continue.

Where a participant is refused participation for reasons outside their control, we will consider whether a refund, credit or alternative arrangement is appropriate.

17. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us at:

hello@1011studios.co.uk

We will aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and investigate them fairly.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business operations or legal requirements.

The latest version will be made available through our website or booking system.

Changes will not retrospectively alter contractual rights that have already arisen.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

20. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a service or making a booking with 10:11 Studios, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
