Your first Reformer class

Never used a reformer before? Don’t worry.

Arrive a little early so you have time to get settled. Your instructor will introduce you to the reformer and explain the key equipment before class begins.

From there, you’ll be guided through the movements and introduced to the fundamentals at a pace that allows you to feel comfortable and confident.
